Refund policy

At VOLARR, we want you to love what you ordered. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

We accept refund requests in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged or faulty
• You received the wrong item
• Your order was lost in transit (not delivered within 45 days)

To request a refund, email us at your contact email within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind or incorrect size ordered
• Minor colour variations due to screen display differences

   

  Refund process: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  Lost orders: If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days, contact us and we'll reship or refund in full.
